Measuring the quality of your travel programme
Current metrics for measuring travel programme quality helps us assess the ‘cost’ of travel but tells us little about the ‘travel experience’. In our recent ACTE research study, in collaboration with BCD Travel, we sought insight from travel managers and leaders across the industry through several focus group sessions. In this collaborative journey, travel managers and industry experts alike shared that learning more about the travel experience is crucial. Yet, there is little agreement on how to define and measure concepts like traveller satisfaction, engagement, travel friction, and trip success rate. This session will provide you with the opportunity to:
Identify how other travel managers and industry leaders define these indicators of traveller experience
Share your voice on key quality metrics and stakeholders
Examine how to engage key stakeholders to improve your travel programme quality
